Our Staff

Dr. Neha Soni M.D. - Dr. Neha Soni is a board certified pediatrician. She completed her medical education at NHL Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. After completing pediatric residency training from the same institution she worked in private practice before moving to the United States. She completed her pediatric residency at Westchester Medical Center in New York and worked in group practice in New York. She moved to Georgia in 2007 and worked in a group practice and started Stay Well Pediatrics here in Norcross, GA in 2010. She is a dedicated physician with focus on continuous learning. She has two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending time with her children, cooking and the outdoors. In addition to English, she is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.

Kari Vance Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Kari Vance is a board certified nurse practioner with eleven years of clinical experience as a pediatric NP. She was born and raised in Missisippi and graduated cum laude from her undergrduate and masters program at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Kari has been living in Atlanta area and is married with two young daughters. She is passionate about providing excellent care for all children, with interests in allergy, asthma, newborn care and lactation education. She enjoys live music, being outside and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Saavedra: Medical Assistant - Jennifer graduated from Everest Institute in December 2012. She was born in Mexico and has lived in Georgia for 13-plus years. She has two sons and a wonderful daughter. She has been taking care of patients at Stay Well Pediatrics from last five years. She enjoys spending time with her children.

Dulce Lopez: Medical Assistant - Dulce graduated from Everest Institute in 2013. She was born in Mexico and has lived in Georgia for last 16-plus years. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She has been taking care of patients at Stay Well Pediatrics from last three years. She loves spending time with family.

Erendira Cruz: Medical Assistant - Erendira graduated as a medical assistant in November 2019. She has been living in the United States for last 20-plus years. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Erendira has a precious daughter. She loves spending time with her daughter and family.

Blanca Soto: Medical Assistant - Blanca graduated as a medical assistant from Woodruff Medical Institute in April 2013 and been working as a medical assistant for last four years. She has been living in the United States for last 18-plus years. She has two amazing children. She enjoys going our for long hikes and spending time with her choldren.
